Make up trends for spring 2013
We’ve rounded up the hottest make-up trends for spring 2013.
Pick just one of these trends to change your current make up look, remember do not do all of these at one time or you run the risk of looking clownish.
1. Bold Brows
Statement brows are big this spring, go bushey, sharply defined or brightly colored. Just go bold!
2. Bright lips
Try brights like Fuchsia, Coral or everyones must have, Bright Red
3. Lush lashes
Feathered lashes, colored lashes or just lots of mascara show stopping lashes are the way to go. try out Faux strip lashes for fun.
4. Coloured Eyeliner
Silver, blue and green are big this spring. Look for mint colors to come out in most collections
This season is all about pops of fun!
If you’re more of an all natural girl try the trend for clean face makeup. Fresh faced, dewy skin is in, so with minimal make up you’ll still be on trend for spring 2013!

Today’s hottest hair style is a top knot. You can achieve this look by applying a volumizing mousse to damp hair, then full drying the hair. Brushing hair up on top of the head, and tying it at a high level.

St Louis Discover Show!
On April !16th we hit the Discover Show in St. Louis and had a blast! We sat for a few educational classes and got some fresh new ideas. We are ready for anything you need…so you got to come and see all that we have to offer! Hair, nails, massage, and a Boutique full of unque items that come in daily! On the weekend of April 14th Carla, Valarie and Laurie (me) from the salon went to Market in Atlanta, Georgia to check out all the clothes and accessories they had to offer. Boy did we ever get some fabulous finds and have a great time too! Purses, jewelry, scarves…. clothes…. We have some things coming in to the salon right away and some on order…so you have to see what comes in daily! Im just loving the colors and fabrics they have put together for some of these pieces. very unique! And very soon you will see a few of these pieces on us girls too…haha. Prom prom and more proms….
Wow what a crazy fun 2 weeks we’ve had. Lots of Prom girls getting fabulous hairstyles and airbrush makeup! They all left looking beautiful…. Our shop was hoping…and we had a great time getting them ready for their big night! Hope they all had a great time and stayed safe.
